retiring KC Councilwoman Bonnie Sue
Cooper at their First Thursday
meeting on May 3rd.
Members and guests will hear
Cooper's thoughts on possible
changes in KC government with the
election of a new mayor and council
and be treated to her reflections on
her 26 years as a public servant.
