   August 7th  at O'Dowd's
   in Zona Rosa, KC, MO.
This is the regular meeting time of the Club in Parkville.  The social gathering runs from 5:30 to 6:00. This includes registration, visiting, and food with drinks. Our meetings are open for residents and media.

      The public and media are cordially invited to attend.
( A  cover charge is taken for using O'Dowd's meeting room: $10 for members and $12.50 for non-members.)

 Patterned after civic clubs, Pachyderm Clubs offer programs centered around politics and government.  Pachyderm Clubs, an official RNC organization, can be the continuity for the Republican Party from election to election. Platte County's  Pachyderm Club meets regularly year around, unlike the party structure.  Pachyderm Clubs remain active all year .

Find the intersection of Barry Road and Prairie View Rd off Highway 1-29,
then turn North into the Zona Rosa shopping complex:

Drive to the second light,86th Street. Turn right into a large parking lot ;
or  turn left to park nearby, which has handicapped parking.  Follow the
sidewalk toward N.W. Prairie View Rd.

 
If coming from the west lot, the rear door is open.
Walk across the street; enter the main doors, and continue past the bar area;

Stay to the right, continue past the bar area, going toward the
Guinness Room;

Make a "Right" turn down the hall; the large room is straight ahead.

              Come on in. You have arrived.
* Find a friend, a neighbor, or our guest speaker.
*Get a  plate for food, ask for your favorite
  beverage, and chat for a while.
                      
* There is a  $10 cover charge, which  provides
   a ticket for the food and your first beverage
   obtained in O'Dowd's Guinness Room.
   Note: after using your ticket, a "cash" bar is
   available at Happy Hour prices.
